Our mission is to bridge the gap between high school graduation and long-term employment, empowering individuals to develop skills, gain real-world experience, and grow in confidence within a structured, faith-driven environment.

Inspired by My Son’s Journey
this foundation was created to bridge the gap between high school graduation and long-term employment. While many young adults with autism have the potential to contribute meaningfully to their communities, they may need additional time, guidance, and structure before they are ready for full-time jobs. We believe that gaining work experience and earning a paycheck not only provides financial support but also builds confidence, fosters independence, and strengthens self-worth.
